Refund policy

Product(s) can only be exchanged from MISSROSE online store within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items purchased on sale/discount will not be Returned or Exchanged.

No Cash Refunds are allowed.

There is no return or replacement of items if the customer does not like the shade, color, texture, or of the product.

The product should not be used/opened, tags must be intact and the product should be good in condition.

The original invoice is required for exchange within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging.
